Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
Yes! We do include travel in our packages for local weddings. However, in a situation where your wedding is in a far off location we will be adding a fee and will make alternative arrangements with you about our accommodation.
Are your packages customisable?
Yes! We understand that every wedding is unique and therefor love to chat to our future couples about their needs. Our packages are set up in the way that they are for a reason, but if you would like to change anything we can discuss it.
Will there be a second shooter?
Depending on the package you pick, some of our packages only include one videographer, whilst other include a second shooter. A second shooter can also be added to you package!
What are your prices?
Our Photography + Videography packages start from R30 000. Please contact us for more details regarding all of our packages
Can I extend the session on the day of?
100% Yes! We want to satisfy your needs on your big day. So, for a small fee we can extend your session. Please feel free to enquire about this.
How do you deliver my Film?
We deliver our videos digitally, through the use of an online platform. All the videos we deliver to you can be downloaded after your big day.
What are your wedding delivery Timelines
Our Video Packages have a 4 Month editing period
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer three types of payments.
A once off payment,
a 5 part payment option
or a 40% deposit 60% second payment option.
How far in advance should you book with you?
We try to only book 25 weddings per year to avoid burnout and to give all of our clients the best experience.
Most of our clients book with us about 6 months in advance but for long weekends and peak season weddings the more in advance the better!
How Many hours will you be at our wedding?
All-day coverage, tailored to you. All of our packages are 7 to 10 hours and are a based off of what you need.
We don’t believe in stopwatches or cut-off times. Your wedding day isn’t about rushing through a checklist, it’s about soaking in every moment, big and small.
That’s why our coverage is based on vibes, not just hours.
Do you do engagement sessions
An engagement session video can be added to your package upon request.
How will bad weather effect my wedding?
We love "The NoteBook" vibes and will definitely shoot in the rain if you are keen. Otherwise we move things indoors until the weather clears up
